- Click here to book your appointment online. See all our available dates and times and choose the one you want.
- After booking an appointment, you will be redirected to a page with forms to fill out. The forms help us determine if we can address your needs through telemedicine. If not, we will let you know, saving both of us time and money.

| STEP 2: EMAILS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT |

- Immediately after booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link for your appointment. The email also includes links for rescheduling and canceling your appointment.
- Seventy-two hours before your appointment, you will receive an email with a payment link. See our prepayment policy for more.

| STEP 3: SEE THE DOCTOR OVER THE INTERNET |

- When it is time for your appointment, visit the Google Meet link in your confirmation email using a device that has a microphone and camera (e.g., smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer)
- On a computer, the Google Meet link can be accessed through a web browser. On smartphones, clicking the Google Meet link will prompt you to download the Google Meet app.

| STEP 4: PRESCRIPTIONS, LABS, AND OTHER ORDERS |

- Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice
- Lab slips are emailed to you. Other orders (e.g., radiology) may be emailed to you or faxed to a facility.
- Test results will be emailed to you when we receive them
